Peer Experiences for Emerging Adults

The Next Generation Series is a collection of peer cohort experiences for emerging adults. Each program is designed to give the next generation early access to the ideas that explain why modern life feels the way it does — in language they find themselves.

What These Programs Share

The Next Generation Series is not a curriculum.

It is a strand of structured experiences built on a single conviction: that young people — at the moment before the adaptive strategies of adult life harden into identity — are uniquely positioned to encounter ideas that matter and make them genuinely their own.

Every program in the series is:

Peer-centered. The cohort is the engine. What emerges in the room comes from the group, not from a facilitator delivering content.

Rooted in the framework. Each program connects to the three foundational lenses of The Lens That Changes Everything — Origin Triangulation, BTSD=O, and All One Thing. The book is available to anyone who registers at CreativeHumanityAlliance.org.

Designed to produce something. Every cohort leaves a contribution to the Pantry — the Alliance's growing library of student-generated language, artifacts, and resources that belong to every cohort that comes after.

Replicable. Each program is designed to travel — to schools, after-school settings, community spaces, and Alliance partner programs — without losing what makes it work.

The Language Lab

A Senior Cohort for Translating the Framework

The Language Lab brings a small group of recent high school seniors and graduates into contact with the three foundational lenses — and then gets out of the way while they translate those ideas into language that is genuinely usable in their world.

Over six sessions, students encounter the core tension of modern life as a felt experience, read and mark selected passages from The Lens That Changes Everything, audit the framework's vocabulary against their own experience, and produce one Pantry artifact in their own voice.

The result is not a performance of the framework. It is the framework, spoken in a voice that belongs to them.

The Adaptive Leadership Cohort is the next program in the Next Generation Series — building on the foundational framework to develop relational agency in emerging adults at a pivotal developmental moment.

A Note on Sequencing

These programs are being designed to be experienced in order.

Students who complete the Language Lab arrive at the Adaptive Leadership Cohort having already metabolized the foundational framework into their own language. That foundation changes what becomes possible in what follows.

The Next Generation Series grows as the Alliance grows. Each new program will be announced here first.
