Being Jonas Wilder is a 70-minute solo music-theater experience built around five songs and the stories behind them — stories about the tension between who you were born to be and who the world asked you to become.

Performer and author Mark Firehammer draws from his novel The Echo and the Voice and four decades of original songwriting to trace one man’s journey back to himself. It’s part concert, part storytelling, part shared conversation — and it tends to stay with people.
