Howard Rosenberg is a life coach, yoga teacher, and visionary guide who brings decades of leadership and spiritual insight to his role as a founding partner of Creative Humanity Alliance. With a background that spans executive consulting, consciousness studies, and transformative arts education, Howard is committed to helping individuals and communities reconnect with their deepest truths and live from a place of authenticity, courage, and creative freedom.

As founder of Howard Rosenberg Coaching and longtime director of Anahata Schoolhouse, he has supported individuals from all walks of life in breaking free from limiting identities and realigning with purpose. His coaching philosophy draws from both modern leadership models and ancient yogic wisdom, emphasizing that transformation begins when we question the conditioned scripts we've been handed — and dare to write new ones.

Howard’s professional roots include three decades of executive consulting through Novomont Ventures, where he led high-impact initiatives across technology, energy, and manufacturing sectors. But it is his soul work — guiding clients to transcend the roles they’ve been assigned and remember who they truly are — that defines his current path.

A graduate of Duke, Stanford, and MIT, Howard is equally at home in boardrooms, classrooms, and meditation circles. He previously served on the board of Story For All, a nonprofit harnessing the power of storytelling to uplift unheard voices and bridge societal divides.

Now, as a cofounder of Creative Humanity Alliance, Howard brings all facets of his life’s work into one mission: to create pathways of reconnection — through art, presence, and embodied truth — that awaken the fullness of our human potential.

Restoring Connection Through Creative Awakening

The alliance is a movement of makers, storytellers, musicians, artists, and visionaries reclaiming what the world has forgotten— our inner voice, our shared humanity, and the power of remembering together.

Be an ally.

Allyship takes many forms. A financial gift helps us build and sustain these tools. Sharing this work helps it travel — into conversations, classrooms, studios, and communities we may never reach on our own.

If something here mattered to you, consider passing it along. That simple act is one of the most powerful ways to stand with this work.
